FEES FOR CITY SERVICES

1.26.010 Review fee-Annexation petition.
Any person who presents a petition for annexation of land by the city shall
pay a petition review fee in an amount to be established by City Council resolution.
(Ord. O-85-126 § 2, 1985).
1.26.020 Review fee-Easement vacation application.
Any person who presents an application for City Council vacation of a right-of-way
or an easement shall pay an application review fee in an amount to be established
by City Council resolution. (Ord. O-85-126 § 3, 1985).
1.26.030 Review, use and administrative fee - Use of City-owned
real property.
Any person who presents a request for City Council or administrative approval
for the use, encroachment or encumbrance of City-owned real property shall pay
an application, review, use, permit and/or administrative fee in an amount to
be established by City Council by resolution. (Ord. O-2002-20 § 1, 2002).
