9.16.010 Cruelty to police dogs-Unlawful.
It is unlawful for any person to knowingly torture, torment, beat, kick, strike,
mutilate, injure, disable, or kill any dog used by the Police Department of
the City when such dog is being used in the performance of the functions or
duties of such department. (Ord. O-94-33 § 12, 1994; Ord. O-80-10 §
1, 1980).
