Field Supervisor
Salary $11/hr
Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Field Supervisor is to provide
on-site supervision and support as well as act as a liaison between
participants, parents, coaches and the City.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain all necessary forms, paperwork and attendance records
of participants.
- Distribute promotional material.
- Act as an on-site liaison to assist coaches, parents, participants
and officials, as needed.
- Problem-solve, communicate and mediate (as needed) issues between
parents, participants, staff, facility and the general public.
- Follow through with rain-out policy as needed; cancels practices/games
on-site when necessary and updates rain-out line as appropriate
and updates supervisor.
- Attend to accidents and emergency/crisis; complete necessary
reports for all incidents.
- Consult with Supervisor as necessary on City, department, division
and policies and procedures.
- Maintain on-going communication with Supervisor regarding program
status.
- Assist coaches in teaching skills, strategies and rules to players.
- Schedule officials; officiate as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the program area.
Requirements:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Certification in CPR and 1st Aid is preferred
Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends
Hours: Mon-Thurs approx. 3-8pm and Saturdays all day year round
Criminal background check is required.
