Trial Information:

A trial is a hearing before a judge or a jury, at which time evidence is presented and a decision is made as to a finding of guilt or innocence.

Cases eligible for a jury trial:
All adult penal violations
Class 2 traffic offenses

Jury Trial requirements:
A $25 jury fee must be posted within 20 days of entering a not guilty plea, and a formal request for a jury trial must be filed with the Court.
